Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

Refrigator not cooling to 37 deg Freezer at 24 deg. Removed rear cover fouind condenser fan turning so slow I could count the RPM'S. Looks like a fan moter problem. But could there be something that is causing the fan to not receive full voltage. Fan spinns freeley.

Check the voltage with a voltmeter to be sure. The motherboard could do that. Also check the fan if you have the proper voltage. Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com

Had the service man from GE here on Fri. I had the extended warrenty. He replaced the mother board. Now the temp went from 70 deg to 71 deg in 24 hours. Called repair center have to wait another week. GE service sucks! I don't think the compressor is running. But the ice maker still produces a small amount of small cubes.
