Frigidaire issues
Model Number: FRT21C5AWE Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
I am hearing a buzzing sound coming from around the compressor. The compressor is hot to the touch and the coils are not cold. Is it the relay, compressor, or something else altogether???

repair
The compressor is known to hum, and the coils should not be cold, but warm. You would need service to determine if the noise you hear is abnormal or not. Do you have any drop in temperature?
