I have a KitchenAid Ice Maker, Model No. KUIS18NNJX4 from my church. The problem is the chill plate will not get warm to relelase the ice once the water shuts off. I think the compressor is suppose to reverse to warm up. The tubing on teh bottom stays iced up during this part of the cycle. As a result it does not maek cubes.
The older model I have in my kitchen warms up and releases the ice in a minute. This model appears to be elelctronic and I don't have a wiring diagram. Any ideas?
