my freezer makes ice no problem, but other foods such as meats, veggies, and waffles do not freeze. icecream stays mushy. also fridge is not as cold as it should be. drinks aren't all that cold and cream cheese is very soft. I turned both controls all the way up but that doesn't help. the fan doesn't run while the compressor runs. is it getting hot then shutting down before compartments get cold enough? how do i go about fixing or testing thanks for any help
