Fridge & Freezer both warm
Model Number: GSS201EPH WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Our refrigerator has been making a noise that can only be explained as sounding like a train. Today we came home from the Grocery store to open the freezer and find that all the ice in the icemaker had melted and was running down the door, forming a huge icecicle. All the food in both the refrigerator and freezer was warm, so warm that sticks of butter had melted. HELP PLEASE
