Ice Maker dripping and causing ice to freeze solid
Model Number: PLHS267ZCB3 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
The ice maker is dripping into the ice bin and causing the ice cubes to freeze solid to the auger, hence the auger can't turn to dispense the ice.

The most common thing to cause this is that the fill tube or the fill cup gets clogged up with ice. If this is the case remove all the ice and replace the water valve. Refrigerator Leaking Repair Guide
