Kenmore Elite
Model Number: 106.54606300 Brand: -brand- Age: 1 - 5 years
The ice maker is not making ice for some reason. I have cleaned the ice container and the sensor light seems to be working but, no ice for the last 48 hours. I have not changed the filter for a while could that be a problem for the ice maker?

If the pressure from the water dispenser has decreased then the water filter could be the culprit. It has to be replaced every six months.
- The part number for the water filter is AP3182816 Gene.
