coil in freezer compartment is freezing up. Self diagnostics failed on first two steps. FC and RC both came up with a code of "2" which means it failed. The compressor runs, the condensor coil fan runs, and the freezer compartment is cold, but the refrigerator side is getting warm. I understand the trouble shooting process for the defrost heater, but don't understand what the fail codes in steps 1 and 2 of the self diagnostics mean. Could that have anything to do with why the defrost cycle is not working?
