Hello all. We recently had a house fire and finally when getting back home purchased this model Samsung. About 6 months later the icemaker broke. The plastic arm was broken and lying in the pan. I made arrangements and they fixed it under warranty. Its now about 3 months past being a year old and its broken again. I was wondering what is the difficulty in replacing the unit and if there was something I was doing wrong that caused this to break? I turn off the icemaker when the bucket is full and it runs maybe once a week or so to fill the bucket. Thanks!
