milk freezing
Model Number: ctx14cytgrad Brand: -brand- Age: 5 - 10 years
temp set on lowest number, but items at the bottom of frig are freezing. please give me advice?

It sounds like an air circulation issue. Check to be sure the air duct and diffuser aren't blocked. Also make sure the evaporator (freezer compartment) fan is working.
