Model Number: GE Profile TFX 30PB Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
My ice maker stop filling up with water so I replace the selnoid (both) and the ice maker and still no water to the ice tray. I swapped lines and I can get water to the ice trays that way but under normal operations, I get no water to the ice tray.
Temp is fine. Motor works. I can manually fill the tray and it will push out the ice. I can get water Nothing is frozen Pressure is fine Is there a circuit board or something that would have an impact on making the water valve send water up to the tray? Its like the selnoid never gets the signal to send water to the ice maker. At what point of the motor turning should water start to fill? I see that the part that scoops out the ice comes to a stop to allow the water in the tray to freeze but it just never fills up. Ads By Google Related Models |
