Now are the wires in the proper places?
The ice maker is not getting water?
The water dispenser does not dispense water?
Do you hear any noise when you try the water?
I you manually fill the ice mold, will it dump the ice after it freezes?
Can you hear the water valve when it's supposed to refill after dumping the ice?

the ice maker isnt getting water correct that went out first and the wires are in the correct spots to. the water dispensor quite aboute a month after the ice maker the only noise i can hear is sometime there is a little bit of water dripping into to pan underneath the fridge. when you try the water i cant hear anything. i manually pour some water in the ce maker last night and it froze and dumped the ice. i didnt stay awake long enough to check when it dumped if i heard anything. if it helps i took the wires off of the valve and put my meter on it and i am getting 10 volts on one side and to the other half of the valve i have 12 volts all the time and when you push the water dispensor it doesnt drop the voltage or do anything

Yes I would replace the inlet valve and see if that affected the ice maker before any other action.

Do you hear the new valve working when you try the water dispenser?
If you don't it could be the dispenser switch.

Your water line could be frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line under the unit before it goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes out there. If it does leave the door open till it thaws.
