Operates OK but with constant Laboring Noise at times
Model Number: KVIS18NNJB5 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
 More times than not, our Kitchen Aid ice maker makes noise like it's laboring, yet ice is made, and everything else appears normal. I've cleaned it once in the 2 1/2 years we've been in our new house, but it didn't have any affect; noise was still there. Is this normal, or is there any remedy to a Kitchen Aid ice maker making an almost continuous "laboring" noise?

There are a few parts in the ice maker which could be noisy.
Try to pin point the noise by the location and the time of the cycle. Gene.
