The first thing I would check is the drain under the evaporator coil in the freezer for clog.

What is the temperature in the freezer?

In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the fridge.

Gene.

How cold is the freezer?
It suppose to be about zero degrees for the ice maker. Just a few degrees warmer will cause the ice maker to slow down.
The best thing is to measure the temperature, using a refrigerator thermometer.

Gene.
