On 3/25 we called Samsung because our frig quit keeping things cold; they sent a repair person who said we needed an evaporator. We waited two weeks and they came with a new one but said they didn't want to weld because it would take too long but said they would replace the part at the bottom which was the same thing, on 5/7 our frig quit keeping things cold again, we called them and the same repair person same back out and said the control board was bad, but unplug the frig for 6 hours and then plug it back in and it should work. We tried that and now nothing works - only one light comes on at the frig temp control

I called Samsung and they wont pay for the control board and I told them that the repair person didn't weld to replace the evaporator and the repair person is now lying and told samsung that they did weld - even though I stood there the whole time and they did not weld anything - now samsung says if we get someone else to work on the frig the warranty is void - but we don't trust the authorized repair person because they lied and they really didn't replace the evaporator.

SAMSUNG has racket going - and the consumer looses.

My husband is cut back to three days a week and I can't find a job and now I guess we will have to go buy another frig

not to mention all the food we lost two times at a great expense.

DONT BUY SAMSUNG
