Frigidaire Ice Maker Makes a "Knocking" Noise
Model Number: FRS23H5ASB7 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
We bought a house that has a Frigidaire FRS23H5ASB7 side by side referigerator. The problem is. whenever the ice maker pumps water into the unit during the cycle, there is a loud knocking noise that sounds like someone knocking on a door. Has anyone ever heard of this before? How do I solve this problem? Thanks!

Sounds like this problem is more plumbing than refrigerator. I would recommend to call a plumber to check the water shut off valve for the refrigerator.
