My daughter has asked me to work on her refrig. She complains that 2/3 times per week, there is a puddle of water under it, but I cannot find the source.

The ice maker does not work but it is dry, and all hoses to it are dry. Does this refrig have an auto-defrost which would drain evaporator condensate? Does the internal drain run to some tray underneath the unit to evaporate? May be I don't have a needed tray.
