REFRIG/FREEZER WORK OK (COMPRESSOR AND COOLING) EXCEPT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT TURN ON WHEN THE REFRIG/FREEZER WARMS UP! I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RE-STARTED THE APPLIANCE BY TURNING THE RIGHT SIDE KNOB" CCW TO "OFF' AND THEN CW TO A HIGH SETTING. THE APPLIANCE COOLS THE FREEZER/REFRIGERATOR TO THE SPECIFIED TEMPS, SHUTS OFF BUT THEN DOES NOT RE-START AS THE TEMPS INCREASE.

Sounds like your thermostat (Item 9 in Section 10) is sticking open.
I would replace it.
