After doing much reading..just trying to figure out the next solution. Appears my Relay/Overload failed. I borrowed a Supco 3in1 from a friend just to see if that would get it going and it did. I bought a Supco UR041 per the recommendation of the local parts house to replace the TI 2188507 (now obsolete and replacement is called out as 8201799). The UR041 did not work, same problem as original relay where it can't seem to kick start the compressor.

This is a side-by-side and has no starting capacitor (which is optional on this unit)

Since the Supco UR041 doesn't work, is there any other recommendations? I don't want to just go and purchase the 8201799 Kit (or some other kit) just to find out it won't work either.

I also want to double check the pinout of the compressor (which is a Embarco EGS 90 HLP R134a). The pins are two on top and one on bottom(common). The Embarco applications notes(Compressor Application Manual) only say Top Left is "Primary" and Top Right is "Alternate" but there are no markings on the compressor itself. I wired the Start to Primary and Run to Alternate based on feed back from others (when using the 3in1).

Fridge was made in 2000.
