flashing led's

Model Number: mfi2568aes Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years

I have a french door bottom freezer and the led's on the left
door for the water dispence and temp. display are flashing.
Water and ice do not work and valve for water and ice opens
and closes. Wondering if it is the LV board, the touch pad or
the HV control board. Please Help.
