G.E Freezer
Model Number: FCM5DMCWH Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Hello, My Freezer is icing up on the top portion and is not keeping the food frozen any longer, it turns on and runs but not freezing anymore, Could this be the Run Capacitor no longer working correctly?...please point me in the right direction.

GE Freezer
Also I have already defrosted the unit and plugged back in, adjusted thermostat to max and still not freezing, it gets kinda cold but not enough to freeze.
