Freezer not working but Fridge is fine
Model Number: GSS25WGPHBB Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
We have a GE side by side with water and ice through the door (GSS25WGPHBB ) As of last weekend the freezer is on the frits. It will completely stop working for extended periods of time, to the point where the freezer is almost at room temp
 . Then when we check it a day later it's back to proper temperature . I can't say what triggers it to start freezing again. The fridge mean while has had no issues and is running at it's proper temperature. I'm trying to figure out if we should be looking at the main board or the Evaporator motor for the freezer Ads By Google Related Models
