Refrigerator wont stop running and is hot outside
Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
the refrigeratior and freezer always ran cold. Now it seems that it wont stop running. The outer divider wall and the outer freezer wall is hot. It is cold inside. What's going on?

A model number may help others help you.
Often hot walls/dividers is due to poor air flow over the condenser coils under the unit. Clean the vents front and back. Clean the condenser coils. Check that the condenser/compressor fan is on, should be on whenever the compressor is on.
