water dispenser inop.
Model Number: SQD26VL Brand: Amana Age: More than 10 years
water dispenser does not dispense water, when I press water dispenser the switch clicks and the light comes on but no water. The ice maker works fine and dispenses ice.

Your water line could be frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line under the unit before it goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes out there. If it does try a hair dryer blowing where the water line is at the dispenser for a few minutes. Or open the door and hold the dispenser switch in for 5 minutes till the water comes out.
