I have a Kitchen Aid KBRS36FKX00 that is about ten years old.
When the fridge was under warranty, the evaporator motor and
part of the wiring harness was changed as a known problem.

I am now having the same problem, the unit runs constantly and the
freezer works fine but the refrigerator section temperature has been rising.
I found on this forum a post by Gene where he had a link to a service manual for a side by side model (https://secured.whirlpool.com/Service/SrvTechAdm.nsf/2cd44500d572193285256a45004fd9d6/d1677e8dd78477cc85256df0006cf458/$FILE/4317344.pdf). I was wondering if the procedures are the same for the bottom freezer units.
