I cut off water supply to repair line. It was several days before I fixed the line. When I turned the water back on, the cold water at the door worked but the icemaker wouldn't fill. I have cleaned ice out of the supply line at the back. I heard the maker cycle, to start with, but not sure now. It worked fine before the water was cut off for a few days. I have replaced the double solenoid against my better judgement but no water will fill tray. Any new ideas?

When you cut the water off did you cut the icemaker off as well? If not this could cause the fill tube to fill with ice. I know you said you cleaned it out but make sure all (if any) of the ice is out. Refrigerator repair guide

I did not, but have blown the line clean several times. No ice except the first time.

Assuming the line is clear. Look at the front of the icemaker you should see holes marked with letters. Make you a jumper wire about 6 inches long. Make sure it is insulted or you will get shocked and skin it on both ends about ½ inch or so. Place one end of the wire in the hole marked L and the other in the hole marked V water should run into the icemaker. If not replace the water valve and make sure the fill tube isn’t filled with ice. Now if water did run in when you jump out the V and the L the valve is ok. Take the same jumper wire and jump from T to H this should bypass the thermostat and the icemaker should start a cycle. If it doesn’t start or doesn't complete the cycle the motor/module is bad. If it completes cycle, runs water in and stops the thermostat is bad (assuming the temperature in the freezer is ok) . Note if the motor/module is bad I think the whole icemaker may be cheaper or very close to the same price so you might want to replace the whole icemaker. Hope this helps!!
