My icemaker motor is turning the arm. I put water in and now there is ice and the arm is not turning anymore. It wont kick out ice and it wont fill try.Model number WSRG25FKWHO2 I check the optics and there is no lights. What to do?:confused:

Hello. Check the two plastic tabs in the center of the white wheel in the center of the control module. If one of the tabs are broken or missing, the ice maker will be thrown out of time and cannot cycle properly. Remove the white cover off of the front of the ice maker and the white geared wheel I spoke of is exposed in the middle of the tan module [AP4359694]. I hope this helps!
