I put a new ice maker in my freezer that I ordered fromAppliancePartsPros.com. The old ice maker froze up and the shut off arm snappedoff and end up getting wrapped up in the auger for the ice dispenser.

The first ice maker that I got from AppliancePartsPros never worked -- Ileft it in the freezer for three days and it never produced a single cube. Thesecond ice maker makes ice but, only one tray. The shut off arm rises up whenejecting the ice from the tray and never drops. However, when I take the shutof arm out the ice maker produces ice non-stop. I put the arm back in and itonly makes one tray of ice.

I'm lost the shut off arm appears to be straight and looks like the pictureon the website. BTW, the shut off arm is a reuse from the original ice maker.Do I need a new shut off arm or is there something wrong with the way I put itin?
