My ice dispenser motor will not turn but the solenoid clacks. I tried removing the panel containing the auger motor and solenoid but could not take it out because of the power supply cable. How do you unplug this cable to allow the motor to be extracted to unthaugh and dry out the motor. Also, I can turn the motor by the protuding fork after the refrigerator is off for a few minutes but it turns very stiff. Should it be easy to turn once thaughed out?
