the galvanized cover on the back of the fridge sweats most of the time and drips water on the floor. i have tried to reset the temperature lower hoping that would help. any suggestions would be apppreciated.

What is the temperature in the freezer? Check for a frost on the rear panel in the freezer.

gene, i took the panel from the back outside of the unit. the large line that leads to the compressor is covered with ice. the evap inside is free of ice, the freezer works fine .however the fridge seems to run constantly.i live in s carolina so there is some humidity.the tech seems to think the unit is overcharged. i have owned it for 4 years with no problem until recently. thanks in advance dell stiles

Where this refrigerator is located? What is the temperature outside the refrigerator? What exactly is the temperature in the freezer?
