Freezer not cold!
Model Number: FFH17FC7CW0 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
Frigidaire freezer model FFH17FC7CW0 was suddenly not cold last night, water from defrosting food on floor. Per direction from repair man (he doesn't do freezers, but knows what to suspect) the compressor is hot but not vibrating/no movement inside. He says if that is the case, it is probably the relay/controller or the compressor itself. Help!
