Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

PSCS5RGXAFSS

Water works but no ice. Green light solid. Frozen ice in the tray. I think maybe I should pour warm water in the tray. Or since I can't get water to come out with the test maybe it's the water valve?

Any ideas?

Would it eject the ice cubes from the ice maker tray?

What is the exact measured temperature in the freezer?

Make sure the water tube into the ice maker is clear.

Thanks for your help. It's working; the paddle spring was out of its hole!
