Model Number: profile arctica   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years

The water dispenser on our GE Profile Arctica side by side does not dispense water. Water does come out the hose at the bottom of the door if it is disconnected, so the pump is working.

The water is probably frozen in the line at the dispenser. Try a hair dryer blowing where the water line is at the dispenser for a few minutes. Raising the temp of freezer slightly might prevent it from happening again.
