I have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator that is less than 3 years old. It quit cooling and the display stays on for a long time when it does come on and sometimes doesn't come on at all. I unplugged it for a while and plugged it back in and it started right up cooling. Then the display started acting goofy and it quit cooling. I am thinking it is a control panel as opposed to a mechanical problem. Where is this located and how easy is it to get to? Sears has already come right out and said I am "on my own". They have one repair person in my area and that repair facility told Sears they don't want to bother with it. Any ideas or suggestions?
