Model Number: ehc51 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
My ice maker is making ice fine but when it drops a slab on to he ice cutter grid it is not cutting the ice to allow to drop. Is the voltage to the grid high or low voltage if low voltage is there a transformer I should try to replace. Secondly can I run a continuity test on ice cutter grid. If I need to replace grid can I replace entire grid with cutting wires or do I replace the grid wires.
