Dishonest Appliance Repair Comp In Cleveland Ohio-complete Appliance-richmond Rd
Model Number: ED2FHAXSL03 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
2 yr old side by side..
This is our 2nd one..first one had for 10 yrs, no issues, this one..bought at Lowes under and Extended Warranty..Lo and behold called for service, Complete or InComplete, diagnosed it over the phone!!!!had to order a part from Columbus Ohio, moron service guy said its the freezer evap fan motor.. Everything had been frozen solidly over Easter weekend..NEVER DID A SERVICE CALL>>>. 4 days later, nitwit cigarette repair man, said it wasnt the problem, parts had to be ordered,,I was livid..... I reported and filed a complaint with my local BBB in Cleveland Ohio... ANother company came out following day, simple refrigerator control.. Right from the get go..
