Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

The vegetables in the produce bin are freezing. I've closed the temp control slide between the freezer and frig. The Freezer and Refrigerator seem to be working fine.

If you close the damper(at the top of fridge), that will prevent cold air from entering the rest of the fridge. You have a separate control at the crisper's you can close and open to adjust the temp there.(is that what you closed)?
There is also a return vent down there. Make sure it's open.

Thank you...The crisper was closed. I closed a slide control (labeled Cold or Cooler) that is at the bottom of the refrig and connects to the freezer thru a small opening.....
