Icemaker drive blade keeps coming loose

Model Number: GLRS264ZAQI Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years

The drive blade in my ice container keeps coming loose fro the drum keeping the ice from coming out of the dispenser. How is this corrected?
