The ice maker is brand new from APP(one week ago). It is making ice great. But now all of a sudden, the auger will not turn when button is pushed. I tried cube and crushed ice and it will not dispense. The flapper door opens but nothing comes out. Any ideas. Thanks, Yelned.

Take the ice bin out and try the dispenser.(hold the door switch in). Does the motor on the back turn. Can you turn the auger by hand.

The motor does not turn and I can not turn the shaft by hand. Seems to be locked up.
