condenser coil access

Hi All,
I have an Amana ARS2664AW side by side fridge/freezer.
Freezer gets cold but not freezing. Compressor runs all the time. No ice build up on evap coils except at very top. Defrost heater is not hot. Light does go out with door shut. Compressor very hot. Line to compressor very hot but line from compressor only somewhat cold. If I pull unit from wall and open back, the evap coil will freeze some more. Condensor fan is running and not clogged. I have cleaned as much of the condenser coil as I can access but there is still much of it that is dirty and i can't get to it. I also can't remove the drip pan. I think the compressor is shot or it is low on gas but I would like to get the coil clean before I scrap the unit. Any suggestions on how to access the rest of the condenser coil would be greatly appreciated.
