I have a GE TFX30Prya WW that is not cooling we removed the back panel in the freezer and the bottom two coils are solid ice, what we think is the def. heater with thermostat (two long coils in glass in metal casing and round clip on piece all attached to one 3 prong plug) heater elements appear burned.
