We broke the right front shelf stud yesterday. I found the replacement part, but wondered if there is a way to glue the old part back on instead of replacing it. We have tried superglue and one other type, but it did not hold. Thanks for your time! ;)

We got the stud today and replaced the old with the new one. We read some comments about pulling the metal prongs out a little to get it to stay in better. It still feels really loose . . . what suggestions do you have for tightening it up so it can hold the weight of the shelf? I think a snugger fit is needed. There was no directions with the parts.

I dont have any idea what style stud you have, If yours has 2 small metal studs with the plastic stud (that stick thru the wall of the unit) what you need to do is stick it into the wall of the unit and rotate it 90 degrees, This will hold it tight.
