The fan motor only runs on low speed. The damper closes. The evaporator was iced up yesterday. I thawed it out. Today it has frost, the freezer is a -14 the refrigerator is 65.

Most probably a bad motherboard AP4436216 that controls these functions. I would also replace the evaporator fan motor.If you have a meter you can check the evaporator voltages to confirm.
