Model Number: 106.57372700 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a 25 cubic ft. side by side. Both the refrigerator and freezer are cold. The problem is the freezer is accumulating frost in the top one foot of the freezer department. Frost is accumulating on the ceiling, sides and door. The door seal is in good condition and appears to be sealing all the way around. I removed the panel to expose the evaporator coils in the lower section of the freezer department and they are not frosted shut. Any help is appreciated.
