Frig. needs hepl fast
Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
Refrig. is not getting cold,and freezer is not freezing just a little bit of coldness.The freezer has quit keeping stuff frozen and is a frost free frig, but the back of the freezer is accumilating frost.please help soon.Thank you.

Most likely the problem is with the defrost system. In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the fridge.
