No frosting, or build up in freezer. Is it condenser?

It's rare if ever there's a condenser problem with the exception of a 'dirty' condenser which is all too common... If your condenser coil is plugged with dust or pet hair by all means clean it out... If you have observed the evaporator coil in the freezer to find no ice buildup then what did the evaporator coil look like? Was there any frost at all? Did it only seem to build frost partially on the coil like halfway or less? List the parts that are working, compressor, fan motor(s)... Give more info to narrow down your problem, cheers kooler

Thanks for the info. The compressor works and both fans are operating. The evaporator coils had no build up of ice, but the line right before the coils was built up. The fridge is running constantly. The freezer is 50* and the fridge is warmer???????????

sounds like you have a refridgerant leak in the system, possible in the evaporator, this would be very expensive to repair.

More than likely this system has developed a refrigerant leak or there's a restriction in the tubing... You will need to call a certified tech to repair your fridge or replace it...
