first let me say wow what a great forum!

so i bought this side by side used so i have no idea of the age....but its maytag plus msd2556ae and has worked great for 4 years now then all of a sudden wont completly freeze things (ice cream is super soft and ice machine making wet ice) and fridge section seems to be a lot warmer then usual as well?...

Im headed to work but the litte i was able to just read, i pulled it out and one of the copper lines behind fridge was completely frozen....

any ideas or thoughts on this specific model would be greatly appreciated, thanks again, pat

wow got home from work and pulled it out and the fan attached to what looked like some type of cooling system (radiator looking) was so clogged with dust and insulation that it was barety making a breeze....cleaned it and now you can really feel the difference....but one copper line is hot to the touch while the other is frozen....is that normal? ....gonna check it out in the morning and see if the cleaning helped...thanks again to any that may post...
