When opened the refrigerator, all lights went out.

Lower back right side when facing door started making noise like a telegraph whenever door was open.

Top light bulb by temperature control was flickering in unison with the noise.
Removed top light bulb and the temperature control came back on.
Replaced light bulb with new one, and the noise and flickering light returned. The temperature control went off.

Any help is very much appreciated!!
