Hi guys,
Thanks for your time and help. My refrigerator is a Frigidaire that was working properly until I noticed the ice cream isn't hard. I don't know what is the problem but the freezer isn't cold enough to keep the ice cream. I have also noticed it isn't cold enough in the down compartments. The fan is working and I have setup it to coldest on top and maximum on button. Please, help me with some clue. It is working but weak.
Thanks.

A model number may help others help you.

First determine if the compressor is always on or is cycling.
You can usually hear it and you should be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm.

If it is cycling properly you probably have a thermostat problem.

If it is always on then remove the cover inside the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator coils.
If there is no frost or just frost in one area you have a sealed system problem.

If they are heavily frosted/iced up you have a defrost problem.
