I have learned a lot reading your threads, thanks for your time. Freezer is fine, refer only gets to 40, does not seem to be much air flow on back panel. Had a repairman come out yesterday and replaced thermistor at air baffle and said it's fixed. (now I know how to properly test this part!)

Ran Diagnostics:
FC thermistor - Pass
RC thermistor - Pass
Evaporator fan - motor comes on
Compressor/condenser fan -motor comes on
Air baffle motor - I hear something back there, and a little air comes out the vents.
Defrost heater/bi metal - I didn't wait for this. Before I found this test I had disassembled the rear of freezer compartment to inspect coils and fan. There was some ice through the middle but there was a lot of air being moved up the duct. So I think this is OK.

It seems to me, something in the air baffle or control board? I didn't want to force that Styrofoam block holding the air baffle and break something without first checking with someone.
